BIM Project Management and Consultancy

In May 2011 the UK government mandated that all construction companies tendering for Government work should achieve level 2 BIM by 2016. As a result of this mandate, BIM is now becoming an essential tool.

Since 1998, Ergotechnics has always been at the forefront of technological advances within the construction and design industry. As a result we have been actively using BIM on our projects for over a decade. Our team possess a wealth of knowledge and experience in utilising BIM.

We are specialists in the implementation and management of BIM across an entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion and beyond. We offer a BIM Project Management service where we integrate as part of the Client Team and can produce all BIM related documentation required for a major construction project, including BIM Execution Plans and Employers Information Requirements.

We can operate independently to all design consultants in a BIM 'policing' role whilst liaising with the end user and facilities manager, thereby ensuring that all the required standards are adhered to throughout the design process. Ergotechnics will take on the responsibility of hosting and collaborating the models of each design consultant, ultimately creating and managing the coordinated BIM Model.
